Петиция за искане на ремонт на тротоарите на София

На 19 юли 2017 г. Нели Пинтева-Банс - френско-българска диригентка, позната на българската публика като изпълнителка на виола д’аморе, се спъва на една плочка на тротоара на ул. „Московска“ до църквата „Света София“, пада и си счупва носа и левия лакът. Налагат се две доста сложни операции, следвани от дълъг период на рехабилитация, което ще я отстрани от прфесионалния й живот за дълго време.

Нейният случай не е единичен. Всеки ден в софийските болници и клиники постъпват жертви на софийските тротоари с по-малки или по-големи травми, понякога с тежки последствия. Голяма част от пострадалите са възрастни пенсионери, които едва могат да си платят лечението и възстановяването.

Поставяме си въпроса дали НОИ не изразходва повече пари за лечение на пострадалите, отколкото би струвал ремонта на тротоарите.

Нели Пинтева-Банс се обръща към всички граждани на София с молба да подпишат тази ПЕТИЦИЯ, която ще бъде представена на столична община. Тя вярва, че с ваша помощ ремонтът на софийските тротоари ще стане приоритет в бюджета на столицата.

Petition to demand that Sofia’s sidewalks be repaired  

On July 19th, 2017, Nelly Pinteva-Bance, a French and Bulgarian orchestra conductor, well-known to the Bulgarian public as an interpreter of viola d’amore, stumbled over a paving stone on Moscovska street’s sidewalk, not far from “St Sofia Church”, fell over and broke her nose and her elbow. She underwent two very complex operations, as bones had been shattered into pieces that will be followed by a very long postoperative recovery period and she will be deprived from her professional life long time.

  Unfortunately, this is not a single case: every day, in Sofia’s hospitals and clinics, sidewalk victims come to the emergency wards suffering from various degrees of injuries that may entail serious consequences. Most of the victims are elderly pensioners who can hardly afford surgery and postoperative treatment.  

We are wondering whether NOI (the National Health Security) is not spending more funds to treat the victims than it would cost the municipality of Sofia to repair the sidewalks.  

Nelly Pinteva-Bance is calling on Sofia’s citizens to sign this petition that will be presented to the municipality. She believes that, with your help, repairing Sofia’s sidewalks will become a priority in Sofia’s budget.

 Pétition pour demander la réparation des trottoirs de Sofia

Le 19 Juillet, 2017, Nelly Pinteva-Bance, chef d'orchestre franco-bulgare connue du public bulgare en tant qu’interprète de viole d'amour, trébuche sur une plaque du trottoir dans la rue « Moscovska » près de l'église « Sainte-Sophie », tombe et se casse le nez et le coude gauche. Elle subit deux opérations très complexes car les os étaient en miettes, qui seront suivi d’une longue période de convalescences et elle sera détournée de sa vie professionnelle pendant longtemps.

 Malheureusement ce n’est pas un cas unique : Chaque jour, dans les hôpitaux et les cliniques de Sofia, des victimes des trottoirs de Sofia se présentent aux urgences avec des blessures plus ou moins importantes et dont les conséquences sont parfois graves. La plupart des victimes sont des retraités âgés qui peuvent à peine payer leur traitement et les soins de récupération.

Nous nous demandons si NOI (la caisse d'assurance maladie) ne dépense pas plus d'argent pour soigner les victimes qu'il n’en coûterait à la mairie de Sofia pour réparer les trottoirs.

Nelly Pinteva-Bance fait appel à tous les citoyens de Sofia pour signer cette pétition qui sera présentée à la municipalité de Sofia. Elle croit qu'avec votre aide, réparer les trottoirs de Sofia deviendra une priorité dans le budget de la capitale.
